Different finishes formulated with clay and local materials in a private passive house.

We worked with clays and local materials such as chalk and clay. Always with thick layers in order to optimise the thermal mass and all the properties of clay as a construction material: Hygroscopicity, vapour diffusion, absorption of toxic substances, absorption of bad smells, avoidance of electrostatic charges…
